Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting for Counterbalance FLT Drivers in Corby. You will operate a counterbalance forklift, move stock safely, and perform general warehouse duties while hitting productivity targets.

Candidates must hold a valid Counterbalance FLT licence and have prior counterbalance driving and warehouse experience. Weekly PAYE pay and other benefits are offered.

FLT Driver's - Counterbalance Driver

Corby

£13.00 per hour & £14.00 after 45 hours

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for Counterbalance FLT Drivers on behalf of our well-established logistics client based in Corby. We are also happy to consider candidates who hold Counterbalance certificate. This is an ongoing opportunity with a reputable employer.

About the Role

As a Counterbalance FLT Driver's, your main duties will include:

• Operating FLT safely and efficiently
• Accurate handling and movement of stock within the warehouse
• Carrying out general warehouse duties as required
• Working to productivity targets while maintaining high standards
• Following all health and safety procedures

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday

Pay

• £13.00 per hour
• £14.00 per hour after 45 hours
• Weekly PAYE pay

What We're Looking For

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
• Previous Counterbalance driving experience is essential
• Previous warehouse experience
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills
• Positive, proactive attitude
• Good organisational skills
• Ability to undertake manual handling duties
