Job summary

The Best Connection are recruiting for Flexi/Bendi FLT Drivers to join an established company based in Corby, with training and potential conversion to FLT Reach and Counterbalance licences offered. This ongoing role features night shifts and weekly PAYE pay, with holiday pay and pension provisions.

Key duties include operating FLTs safely, replenishing stock, loading/unloading vehicles, and maintaining stock accuracy while supporting a small team and working toward targets.

Qualifications

• Valid FLT Flexi/Bendi, Reach or Counterbalance licence.
• Previous FLT and warehouse experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling stock.
• Good communication skills.
• Proactive and willing attitude.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work to targets.
• Ability to undertake manual handling activities safely.

Flexi/Bendi FLT Drivers, fixed nights - Ongoing Work!

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for Flexi/Bendi FLT Drivers to join an established company based in Corby. The client is also happy to offer training and conversion to FLT Reach and Counterbalance licences for the right candidates.

This is an ongoing opportunity with the potential to lead to a permanent position.

About the Role

• Operating the FLT safely and efficiently
• Replenishing stock
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Maintaining accurate handling of stock
• General warehouse duties
• Working as part of a small team
• Working to targets while maintaining high standards of accuracy
• Undertaking manual handling activities when required

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 22:00 - 06:00
• OR Sunday to Thursday: 22:00 - 06:00
• Ongoing work available

Pay

• £14.25 per hour
