Job summary

Aqumen Business Solutions Ltd is hiring an FLT Driver/General Operative for a busy plastic recycling and manufacturing site in Allerton Bywater. The role is shift-based with production and warehouse duties, including forklift operation, on a rotating schedule.

Expect around 80% production work and 20% warehouse tasks on site, with full training and potential progression, plus onsite facilities. Temp-to-perm opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, factory or general operative role.
• Experience in a physical, hands-on environment.
• Previous forklift driving experience is beneficial.
• Reliable and safety-conscious approach.
• Ability to work across three rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Feed materials into recycling machinery and prepare plastics for processing.
• Move and organise materials on the shop floor.
• Operate and assist with production equipment as needed.
• Carry out general warehouse duties and keep the area clean and safe.
