Job summary

Arc Recruitment is seeking General Production Operatives for a busy manufacturing site in Ranskill. You will support daily production, operate equipment, perform quality checks and help maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Previous manufacturing experience is desirable; full onboarding and health-and-safety training will be provided. A FLT licence is beneficial, and shifts include night rotations on a 12-hour cycle.

Qualifications

• Candidates with previous factory or production experience are preferred.
• Experience operating machinery is advantageous.
• FLT licence is a plus.
• Must be reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn and maintain safety standards.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts including night rotation.
• Good attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Site-based onboarding and training will be provided.
