Job summary

Quest Employment are recruiting an experienced FLT Driver for night shifts at Panattoni Park, Northampton NN7. The role requires Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance licences and previous warehouse experience.

You will operate FLT equipment, load/unload trailers, and maintain stock locations while following site safety procedures. This temporary to permanent opportunity offers an £15.39 per hour rate, Sunday to Thursday, 10:00pm–6:00am, with full training and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance licence.
• Have previous warehouse experience.
• Confident operating FLT equipment in a busy warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Operate FLT equipment safely (Reach Truck/Counterbalance).
• Load and unload trailers accurately and efficiently.
• Move stock around the warehouse and place goods in correct locations.
• Complete and check basic paperwork and warehouse documentation.
• Carry out pre-use equipment checks and report issues.
• Keep the warehouse clean, tidy and organised.
• Support general warehouse duties and health & safety procedures.

Quest Employment are currently recruiting experienced FLT Drivers to join a busy warehouse operation based at Panattoni Park, NN7.

This is a great opportunity for reliable candidates with Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance experience who are looking for consistent night shift work, weekly pay and a temporary to permanent opportunity.

Please note: You must be able to drive due to the location of the site.

The Role

As an FLT Driver, your duties may include:

• Operating FLT equipment safely, including Reach Truck and Counterbalance
• Loading and unloading trailers accurately and efficiently
• Moving stock around the warehouse and placing goods into the correct locations
• Completing and checking basic paperwork and warehouse documentation
• Carrying out pre-use equipment checks before operating machinery
• Reporting any issues with stock, racking, equipment or safety concerns
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised
• Supporting general warehouse duties when required
• Following all site health and safety procedures at all times
• Training across different areas of the warehouse where needed

What We're Looking For

We are looking for candidates who:

• Hold a valid Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance licence
• Have previous warehouse experience
• Are confident operating FLT equipment in a busy warehouse environment
• Are reliable, punctual and safety-focused
• Have good attention to detail
• Can follow instructions and work well as part of a team
• Are flexible and willing to support other warehouse areas when required
• Must be able to drive due to the site location

Licence Requirements

• In-house licences are accepted
• Accredited licences such as RTITB, ITSSAR or AITT are preferred
• Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance experience is required
