Job summary

Quest Employment are recruiting experienced Reach FLT Drivers to join a busy warehouse operation based at Panattoni Park, NN7. This is a Monday to Friday role with consistent weekly pay and a temporary to permanent opportunity.

You must have a valid Reach Truck licence and proven Reach FLT experience in a warehouse environment. You will support loading, stock movement and general duties while following health and safety procedures.

• Have previous Reach FLT experience within a warehouse environment.
• Have previous warehouse experience.
• Must be able to drive due to site location.

Pay Rate: £13.12 - £13.92 per hour
Shifts: Monday to Friday | 06:00 - 14:00 or 14:00 - 22:00 or 22:00 - 06:00
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Start Date: Immediate starts available

Quest Employment are currently recruiting experienced Reach FLT Drivers to join a busy warehouse operation based at Panattoni Park, NN7.

This is a great opportunity for reliable candidates with Reach Truck experience who are looking for consistent Monday to Friday work, weekly pay and a temporary to permanent opportunity.

Please note: You must be able to drive due to the location of the site.

The Role

As a Reach FLT Driver, your duties may include:

• Operating Reach Truck equipment safely and efficiently

• Operating Counterbalance where required and trained

• Loading and unloading trailers accurately

• Moving stock around the warehouse and placing goods into correct locations

• Completing and checking basic warehouse paperwork and documentation

• Carrying out pre-use equipment checks before operating machinery

• Reporting any issues with stock, racking, equipment or safety concerns

• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised

• Supporting general warehouse duties when required

• Following all site health and safety procedures at all times

• Training across different areas of the warehouse where needed

What Were Looking For

We are looking for candidates who:

• Hold a valid Reach Truck licence

• Have previous Reach FLT experience within a warehouse environment

• Have previous warehouse experience

• Are confident operating FLT equipment in a busy environment

• Are reliable, punctual and safety-focused

• Have good attention to detail

• Can follow instructions and work well as part of a team

• Are flexible and willing to support other warehouse areas when required

• Must be able to drive due to the site location

Licence Requirements

• Valid Reach Truck licence required

• In-house licences are accepted if valid and in date

• Accredited licences such as RTITB, ITSSAR or AITT are preferred

• Counterbalance experience would be beneficial
