Job summary

Quest Employment in Northampton is recruiting Counterbalance Forklift Drivers for a busy warehouse operation NN5. The role offers full-time hours, weekly pay and a temp-to-perm pathway. You will be loading, stocking and dispatching goods using a Counterbalance forklift.

The position requires a valid FLT licence, warehouse experience, attention to detail and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment. Monday to Friday shifts with 6:00am-3:00pm or 4:00pm-1:00am provide steady patterns.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load and unload deliveries using a Counterbalance forklift.
• Move stock around warehouse and yard safely.

• Check, label and band completed orders.
• Replenish stock and assist stock counts.
• Complete warehouse paperwork accurately.
• Carry out general warehouse duties as required.

Pay Rate: £13.97 per hour or £15.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday | 6:00am - 3:00pm or 4:00pm - 1:00am

Counterbalance Forklift Drivers Required - Weekly Pay

Quest Employment are currently recruiting experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join a busy warehouse operation based in Northampton, NN5.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with Counterbalance FLT experience who are looking for consistent full-time hours, weekly pay and the chance to secure a permanent position.

The role will involve a mixture of forklift driving, manual handling, stock control and general warehouse duties within a fast-paced environment.

The Role

As a Counterbalance Forklift Driver, your duties may include:

• Loading and unloading deliveries using a Counterbalance forklift
• Moving stock safely around the warehouse and yard
• Picking and preparing customer orders for dispatch
• Checking, labelling and banding completed orders
• Replenishing stock into storage locations and stillages
• Supporting stock counts and stock control tasks
• Completing warehouse paperwork and documentation accurately
• Carrying out general warehouse duties when required
• Manual handling where needed
• Keeping the work area clean, organised and safe
• Following all site health and safety procedures

Key Skills and Experience

• Hold a valid Counterbalance FLT licence
