Job summary

Quest Employment Ltd. is seeking experienced FLT Drivers for a busy warehouse at Panattoni Park, Northampton NN7. The role involves operating Reach Truck and Counterbalance FLTs on a night shift, with immediate starts and a temp-to-perm opportunity.

Candidates should have valid Reach Truck or Counterbalance licences and prior warehouse experience. You must be able to drive due to the site location; training and development are provided within a modern warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance licences.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Must be able to drive due to site location.

Responsibilities

• Operate FLT equipment safely (Reach Truck/Counterbalance).
• Load/unload trailers accurately and efficiently.
• Move stock around warehouse and store properly.
• Complete basic paperwork and warehouse documentation.
• Perform pre-use equipment checks and report issues.
• Keep warehouse clean, tidy and organized.
• Support general warehouse duties and health & safety procedures.
• Undertake training across different areas as needed.
