Job summary

Quest Employment Ltd. are seeking experienced FLT Drivers for a busy warehouse at Panattoni Park, NN7. This night shift role offers consistent work, weekly pay and a temporary to permanent opportunity.

You must hold Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance licences and be able to drive to the site. Duties include loading/unloading, stock movement, paperwork checks and safety compliance, with full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate FLT equipment safely, including Reach Truck and Counterbalance.
• Load/unload trailers and move stock around the warehouse.
• Complete warehouse documentation and pre-use checks.
• Report stock, equipment or safety issues.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organised.
• Support other warehouse duties and training as needed.

FLT Driver - Night Shift

Location: Panattoni Park, Northampton, NN7
Pay Rate: £15.39 per hour
Shifts: Sunday to Thursday | 10:00pm - 6:00am
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Start Date: Immediate starts available

Quest Employment are currently recruiting experienced FLT Drivers to join a busy warehouse operation based at Panattoni Park, NN7.

This is a great opportunity for reliable candidates with Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance experience who are looking for consistent night shift work, weekly pay and a temporary to permanent opportunity.

Please note: You must be able to drive due to the location of the site.

The Role

As an FLT Driver, your duties may include:

• Operating FLT equipment safely, including Reach Truck and Counterbalance
• Loading and unloading trailers accurately and efficiently
• Moving stock around the warehouse and placing goods into the correct locations
• Completing and checking basic paperwork and warehouse documentation
• Carrying out pre-use equipment checks before operating machinery
• Reporting any issues with stock, racking, equipment or safety concerns
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised
• Supporting general warehouse duties when required
• Following all site health and safety procedures at all times
• Training across different areas of the warehouse where needed

What We're Looking For

We are looking for candidates who:

• Hold a valid Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance licence
• Have previous warehouse experience
• Are confident operating FLT equipment in a busy warehouse environment
• Are reliable, punctual and safety-focused
• Have good attention to detail
• Can follow instructions and work well as part of a team
• Are flexible and willing to support other warehouse areas when required
• Must be able to drive due to the site location

Licence Requirements

• In-house licences are accepted
• Accredited licences such as RTITB, ITSSAR or AITT are preferred
• Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance experience is required
