ACS Staffing Solutions is seeking FLT Reach Truck Drivers for a leading client in Daventry (NN11). The role runs Monday to Friday, 22:00–06:00, with a pay rate of £14.85 per hour. The position is a 12-week temporary-to-permanent opportunity with on-site assessment and progression to a permanent role.

The role involves operating reach trucks, order picking, stacking, and general warehouse duties with a focus on reliability, teamwork, and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous FLT Reach Truck experience is essential.
• No FLT licence required – experience is what matters.
• Candidates will complete an on-site assessment.
• Experience operating an FLT Reach Truck in a warehouse or distribution centre.
• Good level of English communication skills.
• Reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious approach.

Responsibilities

• Operate FLT Reach Trucks to move stock around the warehouse.
• Order picking, sorting and stacking.

Your Role

As an FLT Reach Truck Driver, you’ll play a vital part in keeping warehouse operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating FLT Reach Trucks efficiently to move stock around the warehouse
• Order picking, sorting and stacking
• Safely transporting goods to designated storage locations
• Carrying out daily equipment checks and reporting any issues
• Supporting with general warehouse duties as required

What We’re Looking For

• Previous FLT Reach Truck experience is essential
