Meridian Business Support is seeking enthusiastic FLT Counterbalance Drivers for a modern logistics site in Woolston, Warrington. This long‑term opportunity offers immediate starts with weekly pay and potential permanent roles after 13 weeks.

Night shift 11pm–8am, duties include loading/unloading, moving stock, and warehouse tasks with full training and a buddy system.

Qualifications

Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence (RTITB/ITSSAR or in‑house accepted).
Minimum 6 months FLT driving experience.
Experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting.
Reliable, safety‑conscious and a good team player.

Responsibilities

Loading & unloading wagons
Moving stock around the pallet yard
Handling pallets, cages & larger items
Stacking/unstacking pallets & working safely at all times
Keeping the working area clean & organised
Using a pump truck & supporting general warehouse tasks
Working to deadlines in a busy warehouse environment
