Job summary

The Best Connection in Kettering is seeking an experienced FLT Driver for a temporary-to-permanent role. You will operate Reach Truck or Counterbalance FLTs, load and unload vehicles, and move stock within a busy warehouse.

A valid FLT certificate is required; shifts are 0600-1430 or 1400-2230, Monday to Friday, with overtime opportunities and 28 days holiday pro rata. This is a straightforward temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term prospects.

Qualifications

• FLT Driver certification required.
• Experience operating Reach Truck or Counterbalance FLTs.

LOCATION - Kettering

£14.00 per hour, Morning or Afternoon Shifts Available

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for experienced FLT Driver's to work for a busy and well-established logistics operation based in Kettering. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity, offering ongoing work, competitive pay and excellent long-term prospects.

About the Role

• Operating Reach Truck or Counterbalance FLTs safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Moving and replenishing stock within the warehouse.
• General warehouse duties as required.
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.
• Working to targets and following health and safety procedures.
• A valid Reach Truck or Counterbalance FLT certificate is required.

Working Hours

Monday - Friday Rotational Shifts

Working Hours available are:

• 0600 - 1430
• 1400 - 2230

Pay

£14.00 per hour

All hours are paid at a flat rate.
