Job summary

The Best Connection Group in Kettering is seeking an experienced FLT Driver for a busy logistics operation. This temp-to-perm role offers ongoing work with rotating morning or afternoon shifts at £14.00 per hour. A valid Reach Truck or Counterbalance FLT certificate is required.

You will load/unload vehicles, move and replenish stock, and perform general warehouse duties while ensuring safety and efficiency. Long-term opportunities exist for motivated performers.

FLT Driver - Temp to Perm Opportunity!

LOCATION - Kettering

£14.00 per hour, Morning or Afternoon Shifts Available

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for experienced FLT Drivers to work for a busy and well-established logistics operation based in Kettering. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity, offering ongoing work, competitive pay and excellent long-term prospects.

About the Role

FLT Driver - Main duties and requirements are:

• Operating Reach Truck or Counterbalance FLTs safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Moving and replenishing stock within the warehouse.
• General warehouse duties as required.
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.
• Working to targets and following health and safety procedures.
• A valid Reach Truck or Counterbalance FLT certificate is required.

Working Hours

Monday - Friday Rotational Shifts

Working Hours available are:

• 0600 - 1430
• 1400 - 2230

Pay

£14.00 per hour

All hours are paid at a flat rate.
