Pertemps Leicester is recruiting for FLT Counterbalance / Reach Drivers at a busy logistics depot within a tin manufacturing company. The role includes operating B1 Counterbalance FLT, loading/unloading, and moving goods across the site.

Training for B3 Counterbalance is provided, and completion of a two-week induction is mandatory. Shift patterns include 4 on/4 off nights (6pm–6am, rotating, £14.76 p/h) and Monday–Friday (2pm–10pm, £13.59 p/h).

Formación

• Valid B1 Counterbalance FLT licence.
• Willingness to undertake training on B3 Counterbalance (training provided).
• Previous experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to safety and safe working practices.

Job Description

FLT Counterbalance / Reach Driver

4 on / 4 off | 6:00pm – 6:00am (Rotating) / Monday to Friday – 2pm to 10pm

Pay- £13.59

We are currently recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance / Reach Drivers to join our busy logistics depot within a well-established tin manufacturing company.

Start / Assesment dates

• Assesment dates - 29th October

• Start date - 2nd November

The Role

Working within a fast-paced logistics and dispatch environment, you will be responsible for:

• Operating a B1 Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving finished goods and raw materials across site
• Supporting warehouse and dispatch operations
• Completing daily vehicle checks
• Maintaining strict health & safety standards

Shift Pattern

• 4 on / 4 off – Nights – 6pm to 6am- Rotating shift pattern (£14.76 p/h)
• Monday to Friday – 2pm to 10pm (£13.59 p/h)

Essential Requirements

• Valid B1 Counterbalance FLT licence
• Willingness to undertake training on B3 Counterbalance (training provided)
• Previous experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to safety and safe working practice

Please note: Completion of the 2-week induction period is mandatory.

All FLT Drivers will receive additional training on the B3 Counterbalance.
