Job summary

Proactive Personnel Ltd in Liverpool is seeking an experienced FLT Driver with Reach truck certification to join a busy warehouse. The role offers an immediate start, 4 on/4 off shifts, and potential for permanent opportunities.

You will load/unload vehicles, move stock, and support general warehouse tasks while following safety and company policies. Applicants should hold a valid Reach Truck licence (essential) and be capable of working 12-hour day or night shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid Reach Truck licence (essential).
• Valid Counter Balance Licence (Optional).
• Previous experience operating FLT in a warehouse.
• Strong attention to detail and safe working practices.
• Able to work in a team and independently when required.
• DBS clean check required.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible approach to work.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an experienced FLT Driver - Reach is essential and Counter Balance is optional to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse team. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, flexible, and safety-conscious individual looking for a long-term role with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate Reach Forklift Trucks and potentially Counterbalance Trucks
• Load and unload vehicles in line with operational requirements
• Accurately move, store, and locate stock throughout the warehouse
• Assist with general warehouse duties when required
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures and company policies at all times

Requirements:

• Valid Reach Truck licence (essential)
• Valid Counter Balance Licence (Optional)
• Previous experience operating FLT equipment in a warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe working practices
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required
• DBS clean check required
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible approach to work

Shift Pattern:

• 4 on, 4 off rotating shift pattern
• 12-hour day and night shifts (£13.45 days / £13.95 nights)
• Weekend working required as part of the shift rotation
