Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting reliable and dedicated Cold Store Night FLT Counterbalance Drivers in the Gloucester area to support operations within a Cold Store Logistics Company. A valid Counterbalance FLT Licence is essential.

Shift pattern is 6pm-6am with a rotating 4 on 4 off, 12-hour shifts and opportunities for overtime. Benefits include weekly pay, 28 days paid annual leave pro-rata, pension contribution, online payslips, and flexible shift patterns.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence required.
• Experience in cold store warehouse is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
• Unload and load lorries.
• Move frozen stock around the warehouse.
• Perform general warehouse duties as required.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, tidy and organised.
• Liaise with other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.

• £14.00 Per Hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
• Unloading and loading lorries
• Moving frozen stock around the warehouse
• General warehouse duties as required
• Keeping the warehouse areas clean, tidy, and organised
• Liaising with other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations

• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit for repetitive tasks and standing

Shift Pattern:

• 6pm-6am
• Rotating shift basis 4 on 4 off, 12 hour shifts
• Overtime is available based on production requirements
