Job summary

Bam Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Forklift Driver / Logistics Operative for Weston-super-Mare to join an established engineering and manufacturing business. This hands-on role spans the warehouse and wider site to keep materials and finished goods moving, with duties across loading, dispatch, stock control and team support.

You will operate a counterbalance forklift, assist with loading/unloading, and help maintain safe, orderly stock areas while adhering to site procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance forklift licence.
• Valid driving licence.
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics or manufacturing.
• Comfortable working as part of a team but able to work independently.
• Good awareness of Health & Safety.
• Comfortable with manual handling and a hands-on environment.
• Basic computer skills for stock control.

Forklift Driver / Logistics Operative - Weston-Super-Mare

We're looking for a Forklift / Logistics Operative to join an established engineering and manufacturing business in Weston-Super-Mare.

This is a hands-on role, working across the warehouse and wider site to keep materials and products moving where they need to be. Alongside forklift work, there will be general warehouse and logistics duties, so we're looking for someone who is happy to get stuck in and be part of the team.
