Job summary

Bam Recruitment Ltd is partnering with an established engineering and manufacturing business in Weston-Super-Mare to recruit a hands-on Forklift Driver / Logistics Operative.

You will operate a counterbalance forklift, load and unload deliveries, move materials, and help keep stock organised while supporting the wider production and logistics team.

The role requires a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence, a driving licence, and a team mindset with good health and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence and a valid driving licence.
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics or manufacturing.
• Comfortable working as part of a team but also able to get on with things independently.
• Good awareness of Health & Safety.
• Comfortable with manual handling and a hands-on working environment.
• Basic computer skills would be useful, particularly for stock control.

Forklift Driver / Logistics Operative - Weston-Super-Mare

We're looking for a Forklift / Logistics Operative to join an established engineering and manufacturing business in Weston-Super-Mare.

This is a hands-on role, working across the warehouse and wider site to keep materials and products moving where they need to be. Alongside forklift work, there will be general warehouse and logistics duties, so we're looking for someone who is happy to get stuck in and be part of the team.
