Job summary

People Solutions are recruiting for an FLT Counterbalance Truck Driver to join our client in Worcester. The role offers long-term ongoing work, weekly pay, overtime opportunities and clear progression paths.

You'll have experience as a forklift operator, with a valid Counterbalance licence, and be comfortable working Monday to Friday with rotating 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00 shifts. On-site facilities include canteen and parking.

• Valid Counterbalance forklift licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT or equivalent).
• Previous experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Picking orders and moving stock around the warehouse.
• Receiving, checking and booking in incoming deliveries.
• Storing pallets safely within the warehouse.
• Carrying out daily FLT safety checks and reporting any defects.
• Checking the quantity and visual quality of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Organising stock ready for dispatch.
• Supporting general warehouse duties when required.

FLT Counterbalance Truck Driver - Worcester

People Solutions are currently recruiting for an FLT Counterbalance Truck Driver to join our well-established client based in Worcester. This is an excellent opportunity offering long-term ongoing work, weekly pay, overtime opportunities and genuine opportunities for progression within a growing business.

This role would suit applicants who have worked as a Forklift Truck Driver, FLT Operator or Counterbalance Truck Driver.

Rates of Pay:

• £13.50 per hour
• Weekly pay
• Overtime available

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekly shifts:
  • 06:00 - 14:00
  • 14:00 - 22:00

As an FLT Counterbalance Truck Driver, you will work:
