People Solutions are recruiting for an FLT Counterbalance Truck Driver to join their well-established client in Kidderminster. The role offers long-term ongoing work, weekly pay, overtime opportunities and clear opportunities for progression within a growing business.

Duties include operating a Counterbalance forklift safely, loading and unloading, picking orders, checking deliveries, stocking pallets, and maintaining health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT or equivalent).
• Previous experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong awareness of health and safety.
• Good organisational skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• A flexible approach to work.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Picking orders and moving stock around the warehouse.
• Receiving, checking and booking in incoming deliveries.
• Storing pallets safely within the warehouse.
• Carrying out daily FLT safety checks and reporting any defects.
• Checking the quantity and visual quality of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Organising stock ready for dispatch.
• Supporting general warehouse duties when required.
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times.

FLT Counterbalance Truck Driver - Kidderminster

People Solutions are currently recruiting for an FLT Counterbalance Truck Driver to join our well-established client based in Kidderminster.

This is an excellent opportunity offering long-term ongoing work, weekly pay, overtime opportunities and genuine opportunities for progression within a growing business.

This role would suit candidates with experience as a Forklift Truck Driver, FLT Operator or Counterbalance Truck Driver.

Rates of Pay:

• £13.50 per hour
• Weekly pay
• Overtime available

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekly shifts:
  • 06:00 - 14:00
  • 14:00 - 22:00
