Job summary

GI Group is recruiting for FLT Counterbalance Drivers in a busy manufacturing environment in the United Kingdom. You will operate a counterbalance forklift, support warehousing activities, and ensure safe handling of stock and materials.

Shift patterns include days and afternoons with weekly pay and full training provided. This role involves loading/unloading wagons and assisting the main factory lines with materials, in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Accredited FLT Counterbalance licence (in-house licences considered).
• Strong commitment to safety and high standards.
• Proactive, able to use own initiative to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Operate FLT counterbalance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• General warehousing duties and stock control (booking in/out, stock rotation).
• Support main factory lines with materials and loading/unloading of wagons.
• Work safely at all times and follow site procedures.

? Pay: £14.35 per hour (Days - 6am-2pm) / £15.79 per hour (Afternoons - 2pm-10pm)

? Shift: Monday-Friday - 1 week rotational pattern

? Weekly Pay - Overtime available

? Full Training Provided

FLT Counterbalance Drivers on behalf of our client who are a leading manufacturer of internal and external doors.

As a FLT Counterbalance Driver you will be working within a fast-paced environment and your duties will be as followed:

• Operating an

FLT counterbalance in a busy manufacturing environment

• General warehousing duties
• Working safely at all times
• Booking in and out of stocks
• Stock rotation
• Servicing the main factory lines with materials
• Loading and unloading of wagons

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

Accredited FLT Counterbalance licence - in house licences are considered

• A high commitment to working safely and to an extremely high standard
• Ability to use own initiative appropriately
• Highly motivated with a willingness to address and resolve issues
