People Solutions is recruiting for an FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a Malvern waste and recycling site. The role involves loading, sorting and moving waste, operating a counterbalance forklift, and adhering to site procedures.

The position offers £28,000 per year with 4 on 4 off shifts (06:00-18:30 and 18:00-06:30), weekly pay, and opportunities to progress. A valid FLT counterbalance licence and UK driving licence with own transport are essential.

Formación

• Valid FLT Counterbalance Licence and experience operating the forklift.
• Valid UK Driving Licence and access to own transport.
• Good communication and reliable, with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Sorting medical, clinical, and pharmaceutical waste for processing.
• Loading and moving recycling bins around site.
• Processing waste types in line with site procedures and regulations.
• Operating an FLT Counterbalance truck safely and efficiently.
• Organising waste areas and positioning bins correctly.
• Carrying out manual sorting duties where required.
• Using PPE correctly and following Health & Safety procedures.
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
• Completing additional duties as required by site management.

FLT COUNTERBALANCE DRIVER - WASTE INDUSTRY - MALVERN

People Solutions are currently recruiting for an FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our well-established client based in Malvern within the waste and recycling industry.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, weekly pay, overtime opportunities, and genuine temp-to-perm opportunities within a specialist waste processing environment.

This role would suit candidates with experience as an FLT Counterbalance Driver, Waste Operative, Recycling Operative, Warehouse Operative, Production Operative or General Operative.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the remote location of the site, a valid UK Driving Licence and access to your own transport is essential.

Shifts

• 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern
• 06:00 - 18:30
• 18:00 - 06:30
• Rotating days and nights

Salary:£28,000 per annum

Desirable Experience
