Job summary

Driver Hire Crewe is currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy ambient warehouse in Crewe. You will be loading/unloading using a Counterbalance FLT and moving stock between two sites.

The role starts immediately, pays £14 per hour (with a shift 06:00–14:00, Monday to Friday) and offers weekly pay. You must hold a valid Counterbalance FLT licence and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Valid, externally accredited Counterbalance FLT licence (essential).
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Previous Counterbalance FLT experience.
• Confident operating an FLT in a busy warehouse environment.
• Reliable, punctual and safety conscious.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading vehicles using a Counterbalance FLT.
• Moving stock safely around the warehouse.
• Transferring goods between two nearby warehouses.
• Driving a company vehicle on a public road between the two sites.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties when required.
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times.

Driver Hire Crewe is currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join one of our well-established clients based in Crewe.

The Role

You will be working within an ambient warehouse environment, carrying out a variety of warehouse and FLT duties, including:

• Loading and unloading vehicles using a Counterbalance FLT.
• Moving stock safely around the warehouse.
• Transferring goods between two nearby warehouses.
• Driving a company vehicle on a public road between the two sites.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties when required.
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times.

What We’re Looking For
