Job summary

Genesis Employment Services Ltd is recruiting an FLT Counterbalance Driver for a temp-to-perm role in Coventry (CV2).

Shift pattern runs Wednesday to Sunday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Pay is £14.17 per hour with overtime opportunities. Successful candidates may secure a permanent contract after probation.

• A valid, current FLT Counterbalance Licence.
• Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload large goods on pallets using counterbalance.
• Transport pallets between storage units and loading bays.
• Handle stock and goods movement around the facility.
• Maintain good general area management and organisation.

Your Key Responsibilities:
