Abstract Recruitment is hiring Counterbalance Forklift Drivers for our logistics client based in Corby. This is a fantastic opportunity with a long-term role and the potential for a permanent contract.

Immediate start and rotating shifts offer variety and reliable weekly pay. Key responsibilities include operating counterbalance forklifts, general warehouse duties, loading/unloading pallets, and supporting the team to hit daily targets.

Qualifications

• Valid or recently expired Counterbalance FLT licence.
• Minimum 6 months FLT experience.
• Reliable, hardworking, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Operate counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Perform general warehouse duties including loading and unloading pallets.
• Support the team in meeting daily targets.

Shifts Available:

Counterbalance Driver (Rotating):

• Week 1: Monday to Friday, 06:00 14:00
• Week 2: Monday to Friday, 14:00 22:00
• Week 3:Monday, Wednesday,Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 06:00 14:00 /Tuesday & Thursday: OFF

Pay Rate:

• £13.48 per hour
• Overtime opportunities available

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
• General warehouse duties
• Loading and unloading pallets
• Supporting the team in meeting daily targets

Requirements:

• Valid or recently expired Counterbalance FLT licence
• Applicants must have a minimum of 6 months FLT experience. In-house licences will also be considered
