Job summary
Refresco Pontefract is seeking a Production Team Operative (FLT) to join our fast-paced beverage production environment. You will operate lines, conduct quality checks, and support a team focused on meeting targets and delivering excellent customer service.
A valid Counterbalance licence is essential, and the role includes shift work with a 3 on/3 off pattern. Salary is £31,833.65 inclusive of shift allowance; we offer a supportive team, training, and opportunities for growth at the Pontefract
Qualifications
- Competency in Health & Safety Procedures.
- Competent at completing area/machine safety checks and reporting non-conformances.
- Competent at completing quality checks and documentation.
- GMP compliance and good housekeeping.
- Effective handover with oncoming team member.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain production lines and equipment; ensure audit readiness.
- Perform fault finding, changeovers, asset care, and basic maintenance.
- Complete quality checks and record results; report non-conformances.
- Work in a team to meet site targets and customer service.
- Operate counterbalance FLT.
