Job summary

Hrgo-Recruitment seeks a Senior Production Operative (FLT) to support the day-to-day running of a busy manufacturing site in Flintshire. You will work with the Production Supervisor to ensure products are made safely, efficiently and to high quality standards while aiding colleagues and driving continuous improvement.

Key duties include setting up machinery, performing quality checks, supporting training and meeting daily production targets, and following ISO procedures with a focus on safety

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up production machinery in line with SOPs.
• Monitor production, perform quality checks and record results.
• Assist the Production Supervisor with training and daily targets.
• Carry out basic machine maintenance (TPM), cleaning and housekeeping.
• Ensure accurate documentation and shift handovers.
• Follow Health & Safety, Quality and ISO procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and 5S initiatives.
