Job summary

Refresco is seeking a Supply Advanced Production Team Operative at our Bondgate site in the UK. You will be part of a collaborative supply team, handling loading, storage, and receipt of materials while ensuring audit-ready environments.

The role offers a premium overtime rate, annual bonus, and extensive on-site facilities. 42-hour shifts are arranged over a 3 on/3 off pattern, with permanent employment and a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Competency in Health & Safety Procedures.
• Competent at completing quality checks and documentation/quality IT System entries.
• Compliant with GMP and HACCP Requirements.
• Competent at completing traceability exercises and supporting audits.
• Management of returns process and FIFO rotation.
• Support audits and implementation of corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Performing site supply duties to ensure loading, storage, rotation and receipt of Finished Goods, Raw Materials, Packaging, Waste and Pallets.
• Operate Materials Handling Equipment per MHE Standards.
• Complete monitoring systems and report non-conformances.
• Support internal audits and product trials.
• Motivate and manage team members to meet targets and standards.
• Assist in continuous improvement within the supply function.
