Job summary

QS Recruitment in Heckington is seeking a reliable FLT/Production Line Operative to join a busy, growing team. You will operate a forklift, load and unload stock, and work on the production line to help products move smoothly through the site.

This temporary-to-permanent role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with regular overtime. The rate is £12.99 per hour, overtime £16.23, with up to 28 days of holiday per year.

Qualifications

• A valid FLT licence is essential.
• Previous forklift experience is required.
• Experience on a production line is advantageous.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload and move stock around the site.
• Work on the production line to ensure products are processed efficiently.
• Carry out general warehouse and production duties as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Support the wider team to meet production targets.
