Job summary

REFRESCO is recruiting a P2 Production Team Operative (FLT) in Pontefract on a permanent basis. The role covers a 42-hour week with a 3 on/3 off days and nights, and a salary of £31,833.65 inclusive of shift allowance.

You will operate production lines, perform fault finding, quality checks, and uphold GMP and safety standards while contributing to meeting production targets and customer service. A Counterbalance licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Counterbalance licence.
• Experience with health & safety procedures and GMP compliance.
• Ability to perform quality checks and documentation.
• Able to maintain good housekeeping and safe working practices.
• Effective handover communication to oncoming shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and perform fault finding, changeovers and basic maintenance.
• Complete quality checks and record results, reporting non-conformances.
• Work as part of a team to meet production targets and customer service.
• Operate counterbalance FLT during shifts.
