Job summary

L'Oréal is seeking a Flows Planning Administrator at Trafford Distribution Centre for a fixed 9-month maternity cover. You will coordinate daily inbound/outbound activities, liaise with factories, suppliers, transport teams and customers to keep shipments on schedule.

You will support the Supply Chain and O2C teams, manage FEX file integration, and contribute to KPI delivery while maintaining high standards of safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

• Plan inbound/outbound daily operations and be a key contact for factories, suppliers, transport teams and customers.
• Support Supply Chain and O2C teams to efficiently manage daily processes and deliver KPIs.
• Integrate FEX files and build daily despatch and collection schedules.
• Be resilient in delivering the best operational daily plan and cost-to-serve targets.
• Ensure documentation is managed in line with group and legal norms.
