Job summary

Greggs plc is looking for a hands-on professional to join the Flow Room team in the UK. You will help shape processes from day one, learn systems quickly, and contribute to training and onboarding materials.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, operations and leadership to define what “good” looks like and implement the practices to achieve it. The role is based in Kettering and operates on a 4 on, 4 off, 12-hour shift.

Qualifications

• Experience with automated warehouse operations.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
• Understanding of SAP EWM and Material Flow Systems preferred.
• Customer focus and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Partner with on-site operations and engineering to ensure smooth flow.
• Support all Flow Room functions and KPI dashboards.
• Monitor WMS and implement best practices for throughput.
• Assist Flow Room Lead with IT/automation incidents and escalation.
• Maintain safety and continuous improvement through SOPs and risk assessments.
