Qualifications

• Able to thrive in a busy store environment and help improve Customer experience.

Responsabilités

• Work with your store team to wow customers at every turn.
• Provide top notch customer service with pre-sales queries, order completions and post-sales questions.
• Assist with promotional changes, store housekeeping and report to the Store Manager.
• Look for ways to improve the store, service and customer experience.
• Learn about Tapi products and collections to offer bespoke advice to customers.
• Learn how to draw and cost a room to deliver flooring excellence for customers.
