Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to understand customer needs and advise accordingly.
• Willingness to learn about flooring products and build product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Work with store team to wow customers at every turn.
• Provide top-notch customer service for pre- and post-sales queries and order completions.
• Support promotions and store housekeeping, reporting to Store Manager.
• Identify ways to improve store performance and customer experience.
• Learn our products and how to draw and cost a room to offer bespoke advice.
