Tapi Carpets & Floors Limited are seeking a dynamic sales advisor to operate our mobile showroom, visiting customers in their homes to measure, advise and quote flooring solutions. You will drive the customer journey from inquiry to order, earning commission on successful sales.

Training and support are provided with a strong emphasis on customer-centric service. You'll travel across local areas, plan routes efficiently, and present Tapi products with confidence using Masterpiece software.

Qualifications

• Sales driven and customer focused approach.
• Full driving license required to operate a mobile showroom vehicle.
• Ability to manage busy schedules and plan efficient routes.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding customer service during home visits and build rapport.
• Measure spaces, advise on flooring options, and provide on-site quotes.
• Prepare detailed flooring plans and use Masterpiece software for estimates.
• Maintain showroom presentation and uphold health and safety rules.
• Close sales with customer satisfaction and process orders in the system.
