Job summary

Tapi Carpets & Floors Limited in Leeds is seeking a customer-focused sales advisor to help customers turn their flooring visions into reality. You will combine enthusiasm for people with knowledge of our products to guide decisions and deliver a memorable in-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store to help them realise their flooring vision with great product knowledge.
• Handle pre-sales queries and order completions, plus post-sales questions and occasional escalations.
• Support store promotions and housekeeping, reporting to the Store Manager.
• Provide bespoke advice on flooring selections and costing for room projects.
• Collaborate with the store team to wow customers at every interaction.
