Tapi Carpets & Floors is looking for an enthusiastic sales advisor to help customers realise their flooring vision. You will work with a store team to deliver exceptional service, using your enthusiasm to answer pre‑sales questions, close orders, and assist post‑sales support.

Training will cover Tapi’s products and bespoke room costing, ensuring confident recommendations. You’ll join a company with a strong growth story, including a 12‑week Tapi Academy and a culture of recognition.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store team to delight customers at every touchpoint.
• Assist with pre‑sales queries, order completions, and post‑sales questions; escalate complaints when needed.
• Support promotions and store housekeeping; report to Store Manager.
• Seek continuous improvement for store and customer service processes.
• Learn about Tapi products and collections to offer bespoke customer advice.
