Job summary

HotelCare is seeking a Floor Supervisor to lead a busy housekeeping team across guest and hotel areas, ensuring cleanliness and high guest satisfaction in collaboration with the Head Housekeeper.

You will organize staff rotas, monitor room quality, train and develop the team, and maintain standards set by HotelCare and clients while meeting daily targets. Flexibility and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, specifically in housekeeping or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and team coordination skills.

• Working in fast paced high energy environment and checking the quality of rooms.
• Organising staff rotas.
• Working closely with the supervisory team to support the Head Housekeeper.
• Supporting the Housekeeping team with ongoing training and development.
• Maintaining the standards set by HotelCare and our client at all times.

• Comply with all company health and safety policies and record any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
