Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, specifically housekeeping.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and team coordination.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a busy housekeeping department to ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate staff rotas and support the Head Housekeeper.
• Provide ongoing training and development for the team.
• Maintain standards set by HotelCare and client sites at all times.
• Meet daily targets and ensure safety policies are followed.
