Floor Supervisor

All Day Dining – Italian Restaurant

Located in the heart of Kings Cross, our all-day dining eatery, Spagnoletti, offers Italian-inspired dishes made from humble ingredients, emphasizing authentic Italian cuisine with the creative flair of our Chef Patron, Adam Simmonds.

Chef Simmonds brings extensive culinary expertise from working under Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, and his experience from Michelin Star restaurants like Ynshir Hall and Danesfield House.

We are seeking an experienced Floor Supervisor to work alongside Simmonds and our team.

The ideal candidate will be a hardworking, positive, and energetic individual with experience in high-volume and casual dining environments. You should have a proactive attitude and be capable of leading a team of 20, alongside the GM and AGM.

Key qualities include confidence, a passion for Italian food, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced settings.

The Floor Supervisor will:

• Be hands-on, overseeing service, training, and coaching the team.
