We’re seeking a dynamic Floor Supervisor to be part of our team at the Rotunda Bar and Restaurant in Kings Place. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping an exceptional dining experience, ensuring smooth service, and leading a team in a lively and welcoming environment.

As Floor Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of the action, supporting the management team, guiding the front-of-house team, and ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

• Lead the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional service.
• Provide hands-on support during busy service periods, maintaining high standards of hospitality.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Oversee floor management, ensuring efficient table service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Handle customer feedback professionally, resolving any issues promptly to maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Work closely with the management team to implement service standards and improve operations.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and ensuring all FOH areas are well-prepared.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and food hygiene regulations.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor, Head Waiter, or similar leadership role in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team.
• Passion for hospitality, food, and delivering outstanding service.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive and hands-on approach, with a positive and professional attitude.
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
