Floor Supervisor - All Day Dining & Italian Restaurant - Kings Cross

Located in the heart of Kings Cross, our all-day dining eatery Spagnoletti is inspired by authentic Italian cuisine, created from humble ingredients with a creative and distinctive style. Our new Chef Patron, Adam Simmonds, brings exceptional culinary skills gained from working under Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, as well as experience from Michelin-starred restaurants.

We are seeking an experienced Floor Supervisor to work alongside Simmonds and our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume, casual dining environments, with a positive, energetic, and proactive attitude. The role involves leading a team of 20 staff, working closely with the GM and AGM, and ensuring smooth service operations.

The successful candidate will be hands-on, confident in training and coaching team members, experienced in opening and closing duties, reporting, and cashing up. Calmness under pressure and strong leadership qualities are essential, along with a genuine passion for Italian food and excellent personality traits.
