Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the daily housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms and public areas meet the highest Four Seasons standards.

You will guide Room Attendants and House Porters, conduct inspections, and maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation across all areas. The role requires strong organisational skills and proactive leadership in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Housekeeping supervisory or senior Room Attendant role.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of presentation.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Confident communication and team leadership ability.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet Four Seasons standards.

The role

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will support the day‑to‑day operation of the Housekeeping team, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest Four Seasons standards.

You will lead and guide Room Attendants and House Porters on the floor, conducting detailed inspections and ensuring consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail across all areas. This is a hands on leadership role, requiring strong organisation, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach.
