Job summary

The Landmark London is seeking a passionate Room Attendant to join our Accommodation Services on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to deliver memorable five-star service to our guests.

Based opposite Marylebone station, this role offers a stable 40-hour week on a shift rota. You will help maintain our luxurious standards and contribute to a welcoming, high-energy environment for both guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning duties as directed by Supervisor
• Maintain guest and hotel property safety and care
• Report to Supervisor on rooms not needing service or with DND signs
• Accurately complete control lists as advised by Supervisor
• Ensure adherence to LQA standards

Annual earnings to £30,780.00(£27,583.40base salary + non-contractual tronc)

As aRoom Attendant, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

• To carry out any other cleaning duties as specified by your Supervisor.
• To have proper regard for both guest and hotel property.
• To report to the Supervisor, rooms which do not require service or which have DND signs on door in his/her assigned area.
• To accurately complete the control lists at times as advised by your Supervisor
• Ensuring all procedures are followed in relation to LQA standards

You will be required to work40 hoursper week, on a shift rota.
