B&M Retail in Barrhead is seeking a Floor Supervisor to support the Floor Manager and help maintain excellent store standards for customers. The role is permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week with shifts between 7am and 10pm.

The ideal candidate will bring leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment, a flexible, can-do attitude, and a passion for delivering great service while ensuring safe operations and compliance with store policies.

B&M Retail are currently recruiting for a Floor Supervisor to join our team in Barrhead! This is a permanent, full time role, working 40 hours a week and will require the flexibility to work shifts between the hours of 7am and 10pm.
