B&M Retail Limited in Fort William is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor for a permanent, part-time role working 20 hours per week. You will support the Customer Service Manager in cash office and checkout operations, ensuring the team delivers excellent service.

B&M Retail are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Supervisor to join our team in Fort William!

This is a permanent, part time role working 20 hours per week, and will require the flexibility to work shifts between the hours of 7.00am and 8.30pm.

As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will support the Customer Service Manager in running the cash office and the checkout area ensuring that our team delivers the best service for our customers!

• Ensure colleagues demonstrate the appropriatebehavioursin the checkout area
• Provide colleagues with the appropriate skills and knowledge
• Be highly visible and approachable to customers and colleagues
