Job summary

Golf Fang Glasgow is seeking a Floor Server to ensure guests have the best possible experience, making sure they are comfortable and happy during their visit.

You will serve drinks on the course, assist guests with orders via booking systems and mobile devices, and work as part of a high-energy team. Positive attitude and strong time management are essential.

About the role

As a Floor Server at Golf Fang, it is your role to ensure that our guests have the best experience! Making sure that they are comfortable and happy throughout their visit, serving drinks on the course so they can enjoy making their way around without going to the bar!

Essential

• Customer service experience
• Effective communicator
• Effective time management and organisation skills
• PC literate with ability to use booking systems and mobile devices for drinks orders

Desired

• Previous experience in hosting or serving
• Basic knowledge of bar products
• Cash and payment card handling experience

Full training on brand values, products and service standards will be provided to any individual successful in this process.
