Job summary

Nike Wembley is seeking a Visual Merchandising and Styling Coach to lead the department in delivering the VMS strategy, plans, and processes with excellent execution. You will work to ensure alignment with the Nike Visual Merchandising direction across the store.

The role involves coaching a core team, driving performance, and coordinating with management to support brand and category strategy, while promoting DEI and delivering strong consumer experiences.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in retail and/or leadership positions.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Ability to coach and develop a strong team.
• Strong focus on communication.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Adopt and implement Nike Visual Merchandising standards within the department.
• Manage category experiences and controlled spaces across the department.
• Oversee key category initiatives and seasonal strategies.
• Coach staff, support development, and drive performance management.
• Monitor visual standards and ensure consistent execution; gather feedback with store leadership.
• Deliver training to ensure personnel understand visual standards and techniques.

In Visual Merchandising and Styling, we are committed to creating authentic, connected, and distinctive premium experience for our consumers. As a Visual Merchandising and Styling Coach in our store, you’ll be responsible for delivering VMS strategy, plans, and processes that ensure the highest level of execution of the Nike Visual Merchandising and Styling direction and principles within your department.

As Visual Merchandising And Styling Coach You Are

• Adopt and implement global Visual Merchandising and Styling standards for relevant categories and ensure execution.
• Manage implementation and maintenance of category experiences and controlled spaces throughout the department.
• Oversee the execution of key Category initiatives and seasonal strategies for your department.
• Manage resources and executes Visual Merchandising and Styling guidelines for department refits and events.
• Manage a core team and set goals to link to the overall brand and business priorities. Coach staff, support development, and drives performance management, recognition and rewards.
• Monitor department to ensure visual standards are met and visual merchandising and styling is consistent; facilitate feedback process with store leadership and Visual Merchandising and Styling Team.
• Execute training strategies to ensure department personnel have adequate knowledge of visual standards and visual merchandising techniques.
• Interact with management and key business partners to ensure plans and execution support overall Brand/ Category strategy and direction.
• Influences others through persuasion, ability to delivery relevant information with confidence and build a strong network of relationships.

What You Bring

• A passion for NIKE and/or love of sport
• Demonstrable experience in retail and/or leadership positions
• Very good command of English language (written and spoken) Ex
• Experience and competency in serving exceptional consumer service
