Nike London Flagship is seeking an Assistant Head Coach Visual Merchandising & Styling. You will lead the VMS team, collaborate with Head Coach and Retail Ops to execute world-class visual standards and seasonal storytelling, driving commercial results and brand experience.

The role requires retail leadership experience, excellent English, and a passion for Nike. You will coach, train, and develop the team, ensuring top display execution and store presentation across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or leadership positions.
• Very good command of English (written & spoken).
• Experience in delivering exceptional consumer service.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Head Coach VMS and Retail Ops to apply geo visual merchandising direction.
• Lead and inspire the London Flagship VMS team to achieve world-class visuals.
• Plan zonings based on consumer mindsets, product stories, and marketing elements.
• Manage inventory, fixtures, mannequins, and VMS materials; allocate staff as needed.
• Analyze results and balance commerciality with brand experience; capture product executions.
• Execute training to ensure knowledge of visual standards and seasonal trends.

In our NIKE Retail Stores we use special job names for our positions: an Assistant Store Manager is called "Assistant Head Coach",

We are looking for an Assistant Head Coach Visual Merchandising & Styling responsible for driving the strategies, plans, and processes that ensure the highest level of visual merchandising and styling execution within the London Flagship.

As an Visual Merchandising & Styling Assistant Head Coach you are:

• Working in close collaboration with the Head Coach Visual merchandising & styling and Retail Operations specialist (product marketing) to adopt and apply Geo Visual Merchandising and styling direction. Ensure a high standard of execution and retail marketing standards to ensure we are driving the complete Nike brand offense in London.
• Lead, coach and inspire the London Flagship VMS team with a clear vision of success and enable the team to deliver the highest visual standards in the industry, delivering benchmark results by driving process efficiency and personal development.
• Collaborate with the HC VMS & Retail operations specialist to plan zonings based on consumer mindsets, key product stories and Product marketing elements.
• Manage, track, and assess resources including full accountability for inventory, maintenance of fixtures, fittings, mannequins, and VMS materials as well as allocation and focus of human resources to ensure a world-class consumer experience on a 365 base.
• Analyze business results and drive a balance between commerciality and brand experience. Work in partnership with VMS coaches to drive business KPI’s, ensuring regular photo capture of product executions. Ensure executions align with Global/Geo brand strategies, use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve the consumer experience.
• Execute training strategies to ensure the team has adequate knowledge of visual standards, visual merchandising techniques, seasonal trends and develop strong presentation and training skills.
