Job summary

The Queen's Head is seeking a Floor Manager to lead from the front in our busy village pub in Salisbury. You’ll work with the GM and AGM to deliver brilliant hospitality, guide the Front of House team and maintain high standards across service.

You’ll inspire a positive, energetic culture, coach staff, manage day-to-day operations and ensure every guest feels valued. A leadership mindset and passion for guest experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred, but attitude, ambition and leadership potential matter.

Responsibilities

• Lead the floor and set the standard for brilliant hospitality.
• Make every guest feel welcome, valued and looked after.
• Support management with day-to-day running of the pub.
• Coach, support and develop the Front of House team.
• Help create a positive, energetic and supportive team culture.
• Lead by example and demonstrate Chickpea’s values every day.
• Notice the small things and take action before they become big things.
• Take ownership of service and help the team deliver consistently high standards.
• Support with training, inductions and developing future leaders.
